About Katelyn
Special Skills: Singing, Improv, Live Performing
A lot of scripts look right on the paper, but don’t always sound right when spoken out loud. That gap between ‘on paper’ and ‘out loud’ is the part I’ve always been drawn to.
I come from a background in performance: singing, songwriting, and improv – where timing, rhythm, and delivery aren’t just creative choices, they’re what make something work. That training carries directly into voiceover.
My goal is simple: make the script sound natural, real, and believable.
In sessions, I’m known for picking up direction, adjusting quickly, and getting to the right take without a lot of back-and-forth. Sessions tend to move fast, stay focused, and feel easy to direct.
At the end of the day, it’s not about my voice, or my broadcast-quality studio,
it’s about whether the message actually connects with the person hearing it.
I’m not there to change the script.
I’m there to make sure it lands the way it’s meant to.
Outside the booth, you’ll find me in the garden at my acreage, at an improv class, skiing, walking or spending time with my family, friends and two dogs!
